Price will be agreed based on how long and during which period the apartment will be rented. The price listed is for medium term stays (1 month+) during the low season months (Nov-April). For high season the price will be up to 2500 EUR per month depending on period and length of stay. It comes fully furnished with all appliances and bills included.

The apartment is located just 300 meters from some great little beaches, with walking distance to Vouliagmeni lake, beautiful hiking trails and restaurants and shops. Location does not get much better!

It has 2 bedrooms, both with double beds (one is a pullout single/double bed), a living room, bathroom, kitchen and 2 nice, big balconies/terraces – one with glass doors facing the back garden and a long balcony facing the front street.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor, but since the building is on a slope, it is basically like a 3rd floor if looking from the street, and at the back it exits directly (with just some steps ) to the communal garden. It is a very safe and calm neighborhood.

The apartment comes fully furnished, with kitchen appliances (incl. dishwasher), AC units, washing machine, smart TV and very good Fiber Internet – and incl. bedding, towels etc. All utility bills are included in the price (unless agreed differently).
There is no garage, but street parking is free in front of the building.
